Opening of New Departmental SO Chitalo

Dear Com,
                On 2nd August 2013 one new departmental SO (C class) Chitalo SO has been opened at Chitalo which has been upgraded from Chitalo BO under Debidwar SO. The new office has been given with PIN code 755062 and it is also updated in India Post website. Please click on the following link for details about the SO. Now there are total 81 Post Offices in our Division including two HOs.

Grand success in token strike dated 12.12.2012

Dear Comrades,
                          Thanks for your support in campaigning and observing one day strike dated 12.12.2012. In our Division the total Kendrapara HO establishment stopped functioning and in case of Jajpur good number of offices were also observed the strike. In whole Indian about 80 % central govt employees went on strike. Perhaps this figure and our devoted strike will give us success.

MAKE THE ONE DAY STRIKE ON 12.12.2012 A GRAND SUCCESS

Dear Comrade,

As per central govt employees confederation including NFPE all is requested to participate in one day strike on 12.12.2012 to achieve following major demands.

CHARTER OF DEMANDS OF STRIKE DATED 12.12.2012

• Revised pay of central Govt employees’ w.e.f. 01.01.2011 & every five years thereafter by setting 7^th pay commission.

• Merge DA with pay for all purposes w.e.f 01.01.2011.

• Ensure Carrier Progression (5 promotions) in an official’s career.

• Remove restriction imposed on compassionate appointment.

• Create post on functional requirement.

• Revise the Joint Consultancy Machinery.

• Stop downsizing, outsourcing & privatizing of Govt functions.

• Revise wages of contingent & casual workers.

• Revise bonus ceiling of GDS & make them Govt employees.

• Stop the move to introduce performance related pay and bonus.

• Revise OTA night duty allowances.

• Implement all Arbitration Awards.

• Vacate all Trade union Victimizations.

• Make the right to strike a legal right & stop curtailment of Trade Union rights.

• Withdraw PFRDA bill in respect of new pension scheme.

DA will be 7% more w.e.f 01.01.2012 i.e we will get 65% DA order is expected in 1^st week of April 2012.

2. PLI CEILING ENHANCED

As per DG (P) order maximum sum assurance limit for PLI enhanced from 10 lakh to 20 lakh i.e. RPLI 3 lakh to 5 lakh.

3. DAILY ALLOWANCE ON TOUR

As per DG (P) order Daily Allowance on tour has been enhanced by 25 % w.e.f 01.01.2011.

i.e  Daily Allowance                              Rs 55/-             will be Rs 69/-

                                                            Rs 90/-             will be Rs 113/-

                                                            Rs 105/-           will be Rs 131/-

Hotel charge below Grade Pay             Rs 4200/-         will be Rs 375/-

Hotel charge above Grade Pay Rs 4200/-         will be Rs 625/-

Food bill below Grade Pay                   Rs 4200/-         will be Rs 125/-

Food bill above Grade Pay                   Rs 4200/-         will be Rs 188/-

4. PO Account Exam will be held on 15.04.2012. Please go through circular. Now there are 2 (Two) Accountants post vacant in our Division.
5. Nine officials of our Division have qualified in LGO exam for PA Post. Our Union congratulates for their success.

NEWS FLASH

The Government has agreed in the Anomaly Committee meeting held on 04.01.2012  to grant one increment on 1.1.2006 in the pre-revised scale of pay for all those whose increment falls between 1^st Feb and 30^th June 2006. This is applicable only for those who were in service as on 1.1.2006. They will draw their next increment in the new Pay Band on 1^st July 2006

Confirmation Examination in PA Cadre has been removed

 Confirmation Exam: - In the revised PA recruitment rules, the confirmation examination has been removed. There is no examination hereafter. All will be confirmed by DPC committee as per 6 (i) (12) of the said rules. This is a major achievement so far our P3 Comrades.

Dear Comrades,

As per Labour Bureau report the effective DA from 01.01.2012 will be 7 %. Thus the total DA from 01.01.2012 will be 65 % instead of 58%.

AIPEU P3 Cuttack North Division welcomes to all its newly elected Executive bodies in Binnenial Conference held at hotel Golden Palance Kendrapara on 20.11.2011.
